Uploading a proper image is the most important part of your order.

We can deal with almost any picture, but to help assure quality, please follow the guidelines below:

• Avoid pictures taken at night.
• Avoid photos taken with flash.
• Photos should be high quality, not pixelated, with all facial features visible when zoomed in.
• If the picture is black and white, we can paint a grayscale image from it.
• Do not use filters.

Please note that your portrait will look like the image you upload so please make sure it follows the guidelines
